This week we wanted to showcase a really special suite in our building that’s available to rent right now. As we’ve said before, renting is a great first step into living the downtown lifestyle without having to jump into owning a condo just yet. The second bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a southeast view of the city. The second bathroom features a stand up shower and is just outside of this bedroom. There is also a separate laundry room beside the bedroom. Also included in the rental costs is a locker and a parking space, which is perfect if you have a car or have people coming to visit.
This executive suite has 9 foot ceilings and is completely brand new with engineered hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchen with top-notch stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling windows as we’ve already mentioned. The best view of the city is undoubtedly in the living/dining area. With floor to ceiling windows, an entrance onto the terrace, and lots of room for furniture, you'll spend all your time hanging in here and looking out at the city.
A very unique feature of this suite is the oversized 50 foot terrace. Having your own terrace is a luxury and it’s so great to have that extra space to entertain, take in the views, and relax, especially during the summer. What’s there not to love, really?
